  I have been a resident at Berkshire Annapolis Bay for the past year.
  I originally chose Annapolis bay after looking at other apartments in the area. Annapolis Bay stood out for their attention to detail. Compared to other similarly priced properties, the units at Annapolis Bay were clean, had large open floor plans, and offered other nice features like top-of-the-line stainless steel Whirpool appliances and wonderful amenities (resident clubhouse, updated fitness center, pool area, outdoor grills).
  
  As a resident, I found that the customer service is also top-notch. Maintenance requests were consistently resolved within 24-hours with prompt follow-up. The leasing office team is always readily accessible and happy to help. Sherrell, Genevieve, and the rest of the team answered all questions and resolved all issues with a smile.
  
  You can't go wrong with Annapolis Bay. You will not find another complex in this price range that offers the same features/amenities. Additionally, the location is incredibly convenient with immediate access to I-97, Route 50, the Parole Towne Center, Annapolis Mall, and Eastport/Downtown Annapolis.
